SMI Prei has voluntarily implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, through which the roles, responsibilities, procedures, tools and resources required to manage health and safety matters in a structured way are defined.
The system enables the company to plan prevention activities, periodically assess the effectiveness of the measures adopted and identify opportunities for improvement.
Particular attention is given to employee training, information and awareness, while encouraging consultation and active participation in the management of occupational health and safety.
The SMI Prei Management System has been developed in line with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 45001:2023+A1:2024, the international reference standard for occupational health and safety management systems.
The application of these principles enables the company to address risks systematically, monitor its performance and pursue the continuous improvement of working conditions and occupational health and safety performance.
For SMI Prei, safety is not simply a regulatory obligation, but a responsibility shared by everyone working within the organization.
